Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Georgina Games (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play our mobile games, including WORDVIA and Gems (the “Games”). By using the Games you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number inside the Games.

• Game progress and settings — levels, coins, boosters, language, sound settings. Stored only on your device.
• Device and usage data — collected by our service providers listed below: device model, operating system, app version, anonymous usage events (for example “level started”, “level completed”), crash reports, approximate location derived from IP address, and the device advertising identifier.
• Purchase information — in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, never your payment card details.

How we use information

• to run the Games, save your progress and deliver items you purchase;
• to fix crashes and improve game balance and performance;
• to show advertising, including optional rewarded videos, and measure its effectiveness;
• to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The Games use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — advertising — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — usage statistics and crash reports — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Advertising and your choices

Ads may be personalised based on your advertising identifier. In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time in the game settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Children

The Games are general-audience games and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game or use “Reset progress” in the settings. Data held by our service providers is retained according to their policies. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, use the contact form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
